Das Haus am See gehört meiner Frau und mir. Mein Sohn und seine Frau koordinieren für uns die Vermietung (Co-Hosts). Die untere Wohnung im Haus ist vermietet, die obere nutzen wir gelegentlich. Wir würden uns freuen, Euch als Gäste in der oberen Wohnung zu begrüßen. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, 100 qm2 groß, bietet viel Platz, Licht und einen Ausblick über den See und in die Berge – großartig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wohn-/Esszimmer, Balkon, Küche, Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer & eine Sauna.

Eingang verfügt über eine großzügige Wohnküche mit Blick nach Süden auf Waldrand, Berge und See, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. In ca. 10 bis 20 Min. erreicht man zu Fuß den Bernrieder Naturpark und das Seeufer mit zahlreichen verträumten Badebuchten. Auf dem Grundstück steht ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Für Fahrräder gibt es Abstellfläche.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.

Ferienhaus Kneissl am Starnberger See

Das Ferienhaus Kneissl liegt am Hochufer des Starnberger Sees in Allmannshausen, einem ländlichen Dorf , ca 30 km von Müchen und ca 50 km von den Bergen entfernt. Zu Fuß zu den natürlichen Badebuchten am See in 10 Min., für Trittsichere ein Weg durch den angrenzenden Wald. Radtouren , Wanderungen in der Umgebung und den ca 25 km nahen Bergen möglich.
