Also, kayaks and paddle boats provided free of charge. We are close to the island/sand bar but still quiet at the house. It's the perfect place to stay in any season, only 11.5 miles from downtown the luxuries of downtown Traverse City, and well-protected from claustrophobic downtown traffic.

A cozy cabin over looking the Manistee River on a very safe & peaceful private drive. There are many launch sites for rafting, kayaking and canoeing nearby. The cabin is centrally located between Cadillac, Interlochen, Frankfort & Traverse City. Snowmobile staging area, Caberfae & Crystal Mt. ski areas, Hodenpyle dam backwaters, North Country & Manistee River trails are nearby.
