This cute cottage is cozy but BIG!The bedroom has a NEW KING bed. The small room with a daybedhas no window…but there is a door.. The living room has a sofa & twin bed and tv. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans & dishes ..You have a private kitchen and nothing in this unit is shared.We have 2 outside security cameras.1 is on the outside rail of the main house & the 2nd one is outside my back door Both are facing the parking lot and will be recording 24 hours a day during your stay. This 1-bedroom & 1- bathroom is perfect for 1 or 2 guests. It’s in the heart of downtown so you may hear some traffic but it’s our most popular place! It has black out curtains, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & a dining table. There’s a restaurant/bar downstairs so you may also hear some noise during their hours of operation.. they close Tues-Thur@ 8:00pm Fri -Sat@ 9:00pm & closed on Sun. & Mon. We were having WiFi issues but thankfully that's now been resolved and works great!!

Chauffeur’s Apartment on Historic Property

Enjoy the former chauffeur's quarters located on the grounds of our National Register of Historic Places property with access to the tranquil gardens of the Manor House. The kitchen is complete and the comfortable full-sized bed should provide a good night's rest. Downtown activities are within easy walking distance. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the extensive gardens on the one acre grounds that are shared with the main property. We cannot host guests under the age of 16.

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

Our home is located on the creek in Garden City Beach. We offer a full garage apartment, with full kitchen, large walking shower with a private entrance. We are 4 tenth of a mile from The Pier, 3 miles from Murrells Inlet, home of the marsh walk, restaurants and bars. Myrtle beach is 10 miles north. Enjoy watching sunrise or sunset on our 3rd story widow’s walk. We have available 2 bikes, beach chairs and towels. Special rates are available for weekly and monthly rentals.
