Es hat drei Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen und Ventilatoren, zwei Bäder, eine großzügige Terrasse mit gemütlicher Lounge-Ecke und Essplatz, einen großen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, einen Pool, eine Außendusche, ein Palapa, WLAN und vieles mehr. Die Küche verfügt unter anderem über einen Induktionsherd, Backofen, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination mit Eiswürfel- und Wasserspender sowie einen Geschirrspüler.
