The Ocean Room Ferndale, private, quiet, tax incl

This large 14X20 room plus bathroom is for non-smoking guests. Windows with wooded views and a private entrance. Also a queen size Tempur-pedic mattress, WiFi, microwave oven (behind a cabinet door), electric tea kettle, toaster oven, Keurig, refrigerator, hot plate, bar sink, large TV (with over 250 channels), DVD player, and off street parking. Nothing high-end here (except the mattress) but very comfy, clean, and private. Also the bathroom has it's own on-demand water heater (not shared).

Then exit to the back deck and spend time sitting by the fish ponds, you can venture onward to explore the Secret Garden where you may spot different butterflies, birds, and even friendly bees. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Fully equipped and remodeled with laundry room, dishwasher, ice maker, BBQ all behind security gates. One bedroom has queen bed, second bunk beds that are both full sized. Also has a queen air mattress if you need extra sleeping area. Back yard has picnic table, BBQ and lawn chairs. Fully rocked for low maintenance.
