Breathtaking river Views/Sounds from inside or from the lower deck w/BBQ. 1BR w/King Bed + Sofa Bed in the Living room. Explore Trails leading to the wooded river's edge. TheUpper level cabin also available separately for a larger family or friends.

Joyful Yurt with View of South Santiam River

Drink in the panoramic view of the South Santiam River in our funky yurt! The yurt is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, futon, rocking chair, mini dinette, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plates, glasses, silverware, bedding, and towels provided. Yurt is located near the main house, yet a privacy courtyard had been created for additional solitude. Hot showers and flushing toilets are in a separate, unheated building about a 3 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

Our private detached studio sits in the heart of a quiet residential neighborhood. Short stroll to coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Short 1/2 mile walk to the river. The space* Newly constructed, cozy 200 sqft studio, includes a comfy loft bed, 10ft ceilings, full bathroom, kitchenette, TV, and sitting area. CRAVING TRANQUILITY? Find Your Escape and Forget the hustle and bustle and UNWIND AT RIVERLOFT! This is a two level Timber Frame structure. The kitchen area is downstairs. The living area, dining, bathroom, and sleeping areas are upstairs and are an open loft. This property is on a dead end road surrounded by privately owned timber tree farm. It has river frontage along the the Roaring River. It has a private picnic area along the river to enjoy the sun and shade during the day.

Snuggle in to our cozy, quaint cabin! The cabin features shabby chic furnishings, many made by hand by our family. It is is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, nightstands, futon, electric fireplace & breakfast nook with bar refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Plates, cups, silverware, coffee pods, bedding and towels are provided! Hot showers and toilets are located in a separate, unheated building about a 1 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

It is nestled right in the middle of a quaint little town. Pull your vehicle in the garage and head up to the secluded spacious loft or escape to adventure in the surrounding wilderness. The Little Lodge

The Little Lodge is a 2024 remodeled mid-century cottage. Centrally located around restaurants, golf, hiking, waterfalls, fishing, and the McKenzie River. This mountain style home is perfect for an individual, or two. A private trail from the back deck leads down to the emerald waters of the McKenzie River. Detailed craftsmanship intended to offer the cozy mountain feel, and outdoor living for scenic relaxation.

Beryl’s Bungalow ‘A Pet Friendly’ Beauty

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)

Enjoy this peaceful and quiet country cottage

The Cottage is located on our 5 acre farm, Rising Star farm. We have dairy goats, chickens and cats. Our house is on the property. Up to 4 guests allowed but best suited for 2 adults and 2 children. Extra $10 per child per night. The Cottage has plenty of parking, a covered patio and a fenced yard with banty chickens. We take great care with our cleaning regimen.
