You will have access to the entire upstairs apartment and your own private entrance. Featuring a queen size bed, queen size sofa sleeper and twin size chair sleeper. Easy walking distance to Founders Park, Tweesie Trail, Restaurants, and much more. Several attractions close by such as Bristol Casino, Bays Mt, Tennessee Hills Brewstillery, Tannery Knobs Mt Bike Park, etc.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walk downtown or it’s a short drive to ETSU, Buffalo Mountain Park, Boone Lake, and more! King bed (master), double bed (2nd), and queen futon (loft). TVs in each room. Nintendo switch, games, and books upstairs. Patio includes outdoor space & enclosed sunroom (outdoor movie). Master includes a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, Keurig coffee, toaster oven, crock pot, single burner electric cooktop, etc.

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.
