Free Wi-Fi, parking, A/C & heated towel rail ensure year-round comfort. Sleeps 4 (premium bedding) + sofa bed for a 5th; cot & high chair on request. Spotlessly clean & welcoming—perfect after a day of adventure or skiing. King bed can convert to 2 singles with 48h notice; sofa bed linen on request.

Barley Mow - Luxury Escape In The Mountains

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

Our lakeside studio unit gives spectacular views of the majestic Remarkable mountains and uninterrupted lake views, and is just a few minutes from the Queenstown International Airport. The Studio Unit doesn't offer cooking facilities, however we are sure that the close proximity to local Cafes, Restaurants, a Boutique Brewery and Takeaways which are all within walking distance, will be to your liking. It is only a short drive to world-class Restaurants, Golf Courses, and Wineries.

5-Star Boutique Retreat

This self-contained studio with kitchen, garden and spa is a luxurious, peaceful retreat in the heart of the Wakatipu Basin. This separate building got its own private entrance, central to many of the areas local attractions, just minutes from shopping and the airport, and about 10 minutes drive from the town centre. Walks, shopping, bungy jumping, jet boating, ski-fields and more are all close. A great spot to base yourself whether you are here to sightsee, relax or for business.

A new cottage in beautiful Dalefield at the base of Coronet Peak, only 2k from the ski field. Riverstone Cottage is set within its own 6.5 acres with stunning views in every direction. Enjoy access via a private footpath to the Shotover River, QT Trail and 165 acres of adjoining DOC land with its own network of hiking and mountain biking trails. You will be surrounded by nature, yet only a 15 minute drive to both Queenstown and historical Arrowtown. Have it all! :)

Five minute walk from the studio is the marina with water taxi service, the famous boat shed cafe, and a boutique brewery.,

The Barn - Private Studio Unit

Our property is situated in the beautiful Speargrass Flat Area in a private secluded setting with views of Coronet Peak and the Remarkable Ski Fields. We are a five minute drive from Arrowtown and a 15 minute drive from the Queenstown Airport or the Town Centre. We are also only minutes away from joining the Queenstown walking and cycle trails. Behind our hedges you will find a lovely sunny area with ample off street parking.

Welcome to your cabin by the lake. Created by a Queenstown architect it’s warm and cosy with underfloor heating for the Winter, north facing and sunny in the courtyard for dining in Summer. It's clad with Canadian Cedar on the outside and lined with Scandinavian Spruce inside giving a lovely natural ambiance. Located in a quiet and peaceful part of sunny Kelvin Heights it's beside the lake and the Queenstown Trail.
