Our Carriage House is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Worcester, MA. The Carriage House was built in 2021 with top-line finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for a romantic getaway.

Private Cabin and Private Beach = A great get-a-way! The home is stocked with all the things you need, it’s just waiting for you. Downstairs Bedroom has Queen Bed and separate twin bed if needed. Downstairs has a full bath. 1st floor has stacked twin beds and upstairs loft has 2 twin beds, plenty of room and a 1/2 bath. A great place to have tons of fun, close to everything! Near North Conway & there’s plenty to do. Everything is just 5 to 25 minutes away.

Sandy beach area on the south side of the house receives lots of sunshine. Take out kayaks or pedal boat to explore Balch Lake! Updated kitchen and a magnificent view of the lake from the living room. Relax in the shade under 2 motor canopies on the deck off of the master bedroom.
