Located in a small, friendly community just 7 mi from Cornell & downtown Ithaca, The Nest is a 1,200 sq-foot, 1-bedroom, apartment ideal for 2 or 3, but can accommodate more upon request. No pets. Bright and comfortable, with large well-appointed kitchen, high-end appliances, bath w/ huge shower, 50" TV, cable, internet, large back yard, and onsite parking. We're located on a limited bus route but it's also a quick and direct 10-min drive to Ithaca and Cornell, and a 20-min drive to Greek Peak.
