Located on exclusive Bishop Lake only 5 minutes to Marietta and Roswell. 9 miles to the Sandy Springs MARTA station for FIFA World Cup matches and the Braves Battery is 7 miles away. Walkable restaurants and shopping in Roswell is less than a 5 minute ride. Rest and relax, this cozy cottage is your own. Excape the busy days and enjoy an evening on the lake. Nellie’s Lake Retreat

Remodeled home on Lake Allatoona - only land between our home and the lake is property owned by the Army Corp of Engineers. You can walk down to the lake and enjoy the sights and sounds. Speaking of sounds you will faintly hear train horns on occasion throughout the day and night (sound travels across the lake). The house is open and bright, it faces South so plenty of light even in winter. Enjoy sitting on the deck or in the covered patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

Leave your car at home, this apt is close to everything! Take Marta directly from airport. Midtown station is 4 blocks away. Marta’s also best for MBZ stadium and State Farm Arena events. Easy street access means no doorman, elevators or long hallways. Restaurants/bars/coffee are steps away, so is Piedmont Park. Walk score of 94 also puts you close to other conveniences. Get a great night’s sleep on Casper mattresses and 100% cotton sheets. Plus there’s a real dog park onsite!

This is the perfect getaway spot for folks who just want to chill and relax for a few days, a week or a month. We are also 15 minutes away from Lakepoint Sports Complex. Big enough to host a family reunion, but cozy enough for a romantic weekend with your honey. Each room has its own décor theme, the master suite is INCREDIBLE, and the house has plenty to keep you entertained like pool, games, Starlink Wifi and dish network. We have worked hard to make our home your home.

Your own private apartment with cool amenities!

House Rules WE DO NOT ACCEPT IN STATE Bookings! No smoking, no dogs, no parties and no commercial photography. The apartment has its own entry. We live in the upper 1st and 2nd story. Internal stairway locked both sides. There is a whole house water filter, we have very clean water on every faucet (Drinking water). We have dual twin memory foam beds and a huge sectional couch. Some amenities pool table, ping pong. This way our wall stays clean and painted.

Nestled on Lake Allatoona, the Carriage House adjoins Corp of Engineers land. A quick 1-minute stroll leads to my dock, where you can fish, swim, kayak, or bring a small boat. The Lake Point Sports Complex is just 20 minutes away, with a pleasant drive via back roads for visiting athletes. After a long day on the fields, enjoy the tranquility of this serene setting. Winter offers a peaceful ambiance with lovely light. Very private, surrounded by quiet woods.

Enjoy the lakeview from the deck, enjoy wildlife on the lake and bring your fishing rod. Entertainment inside home includes piano and Roku Tv. We go extra miles to ensure guests’ satisfaction. Important: No party, no smoking/drugs and no unregistered guest(s) allowed. Any excessive mess and extra guest will be charged to your deposit.

This private apartment is my passion project to cultivate a space centered around rest and recovery.
