Uniquely, The huge fireplace and the baroque stucco work come from the 18th century dominates the rear wall of the Knight’s Hall apartment. The spacious bathroom (19 m 2) and the bedroom (23 m 2) were also freshened up in 2018. In addition to the outdoor seating area, a parking space is available.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
