Bent Canoe Farm Guest House

This is a late 1800s farm house on my family farm. It has been fully remodeled and infrastructure updated but retains the simple architecture of the period farm house. Located one mile East of Gambier (Kenyon College), it's site overlooks the Kokosing River and is a short walk to the Kokosing Gap Bike Trail. Includes a fully furnished kitchen, three bedrooms and two baths. The wrap around porch overlooks the river and surrounding pasture. Enjoy the secluded, quiet, pastoral setting.

Located in a historic district of Mount Vernon, the Carriage House has been renovated to infuse modern conveniences with historic charm. Just blocks from downtown, the Carriage House is 2 miles from Mt Vernon Nazarene University and 5.5 miles from Kenyon College. The Carriage House features a master suite in the loft, with a comfy queen size bed, and a separate sitting area with a 55" TV. Come stay in our brand new loft adjacent to Kenyon College (just behind Ralston House). You’ll have 700 square feet of space with a private entrance. Accommodations include a king sized bed, twin bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, sitting area, and dining table. Perfect weekend spot for parents and a sibling or two of a Kenyon student. Guests should be comfortable with a flight of interior stairs. No other residents share the building with our guests.

Then relax and unwind with a seasonal heated outdoor shower and peaceful patio to watch the sunsets and the abundant wildlife.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The cottage on Wiggin is one block from all restaurants, bars and a coffee shop. This location is close to everything and anything you would like to see at the Kenyon College campus.
