Bring your family and enjoy the views of Douglas Lake with the Smoky Mountains in the backdrop in our comfortable lake house. Our lake house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep up to 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a Keurig, microwave oven, and toaster. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville.

Bring all your water toys and dock your boat or swim in the cove using our pontoon as point of access to lake. Gourmet kitchen and large outdoor flat top grill make cooking fun. All on 1 level making it great for all ages! Once you go up 3 stairs from the driveway the entire house is on one floor including the deck. Listed as 3 bedrooms but also includes 3 private bunk rooms for the kids. 6 adults and 6 kids (under 12) make up the 12 guests. Max - no exceptions.
