During winter time, it may not be possible to heat the pool!

Villa Filoxenia 1937

The traditional spacious 160 m2 villa is a 3,5 m in height stone house, which can comfortably accommodate a group up to 6 people. It is located in Gerani village, only 180m from the beach and 12km from Chania. It features a private garden lush with trees, plants, flowers and a private swimming pool. The villa boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, dining room and a kitchen, all of which are air-conditioned. A flat-screen TV and unlimited Wi-Fi- internet are also provided.
