There are 3 pools, hot tubs, Sanderling's restaurant on-site as well as restaurants and shops across the street. The beach spans for miles. Walk the grounds or enjoy the pools, beach and restaurant! This unit has a chair that folds out to twin sized bed to sleep the third person!

The condo is located in a tranquil condo community, just two blocks from the longest beach in Santa Cruz County. You can walk in either direction for a couple of miles from this beach. Closely located to Seascape Golf Course and Seascape Resort. With Monterey Bay, Capitola, and Santa Cruz within a short drive, this location is centrally located to many tourist spots, hiking trails, beaches, wineries, and so much more. And, the complex has two beautiful pools, heated April through October.
