Whether you are looking a for good value summer holiday close to the amazing beach and dunes of Kessingland or a cosy winter break, Pebble Cottage will give you a feeling of relaxation the moment you walk through the door.

Fisherman's Cottage

Fisherman's cottage, just a stone's throw away from Kessingland's award winning beach, and not far from both Southwold and the Broads, is perfect for a Suffolk coastal break. This cosy cottage is ideally situated near a free car park, children's park and a fish and chip shop (all less than 100 metres away), and the beach is only 400 metres away. Please note, the property has no garden or parking. Check in 3.00pm onwards, Check out 10.00am (Cleaners will arrive at 10:00am sharp!)

Church Road Retreats - Driftwood

This is part of entire retreat sleeping up to 20 guests. Can be booked out as individual property or as part of a wider group stay. The whole family will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Recently fully renovated and refurbished to an outstanding specification, with a hot tub and games room on site. The property boast three spacious bedrooms combining comfort and luxury throughout. A brand new fully equipped kitchen. Unwind in the big bath or even the hot tubs.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 5 miles from 2 beaches. 1 mile from the Broads. Many local attractions for adults and children. Paddling pool available on request. Push bike secure storage overnight. Sleeps 2-4. (large sofa bed and King size bedroom) Situated on the Suffolk / Norfolk boarders. Fresh eggs available from our hens and honey from our bees.
