On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

A pochi passi da Torino, tra il Parco della Mandria e le montagne della Val di Susa e del Musinè, a due passi dalla Reggia di Venaria, la *Casa di Franchina* accoglie chi desidera una pausa dalla frenesia quotidiana. L'appartamento, situato al primo piano e completamente indipendente. A rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole: giardino privato con piscina stagionale, patio, barbecue e tavolo esterno (quest’anno 2026 usufruibili nel periodo dal 25 giugno al termine dei lavori di ristrutturazi).

You'll find the Skyroom, a tiny house with windows overlooking the lake, complete with a retractable transparent roof for admiring the sky. There's also a gazebo with a table and loungers, and a fully equipped bathroom, all for the exclusive use of the skyroom. A delicious breakfast is included, and for those who want it, an EXTRA is the private use of the lake-view jacuzzi

Re Umberto Suite is an elegant studio apartment in the heart of Turin. The studio harmoniously integrates all modern comforts (air conditioning, wifi with super fast fiber, etc.) with the atmosphere of the Turin aristocratic tradition. It will transport you into another era! Until 1700, Re Umberto Suite was the living room of a noble villa that over the centuries has turned into an elegant period condominium. New triple glazed windows have been fitted since May 2025!

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.
