With original 50's decor and furniture, except for the new beds, mattresses and bedding, you'll feel you've stepped back in time! Build puzzles by the fire, watch the snow fall from bed, and enjoy the peace and wildlife of the Rocky Mountains! I am about an hour away but can come to the cabin if I'm needed. Nestled among pines, the cabin is set at the base of Mount Meeker. It's a 5-minute drive from Rocky Mountain National Park. A short walk away is a seasonal lodge that’s open from May to September which offers horseback riding and a convenience store. The sofa bed in the living room is a full, the sofa bed in the den is a queen.

Close to Boulder, Black Hawk casinos, Eldora. 60 min to DIA AWD or 4WD is highly recommended October through May. Woodstove is reccomended to be used for supplemental heat, wood is provided. That Dam Cabin!

This historic 309-square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire. On a clear night the stars are absolutely breathtaking!

Our cabin has natural lighting and beautiful mountain views. It is a 4 minute to drive Silver Lake where you may fish with badges provided. Hike up to St. Mary's Glacier to see snow in the summer and see a spectacular lake. There is skiing, white water rafting, zip lining and casinos all within a 30 to 40 minute drive. The elevation is a little over 10,000 ft.

Real log cabin on the creek in beautiful St Mary's! Completely remodeled! Huge deck out back by the water. 15 minutes from Idaho springs. 1/4 mile from St Mary's Glacier trail head. Many ATV trails. Fish for trout in one of two private and stocked lakes. WIFI Pets are considered (up to two dogs). $60 pet fee for accepted pets.
