We have 4 baby goats born on 6/24/25 that you are welcome to play with and cuddle! They are so entertaining! This is a horse ranch in the foothills of El Dorado county, with a loft studio above the barn. It is comfortably furnished and has a true country feel! The barn and loft is very private & easy to socially distance if preferred. This lovely loft is available to rent year round. Be surrounded by nature and enjoy hiking, rafting, swimming, biking! Casa Osita is a travel trailer in our fenced-in yard. Fits two people in the full bed and there is a single bed. Full kitchen: coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, hotplate and fridge. Private and shaded, separate entrance via gate. AC/Heat. 1.5 miles from downtown. No partying/no drugs. Long term stays are not permitted due to fragility of trailer. Stays longer than 3 days require mandatory cleaning on stay. MEDICAL NOTE ON FILE DUE TO ALLERGIES AND NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED.

Great views of the Sierra Nevada's.
