Unwind in this new one-bedroom self-contained suite situated on a tranquil cul-de-sac in the prestigious Bear Mountain neighbourhood of Langford. You'll be just minutes away from a variety of amenities, including restaurants, hiking trails, lakes, a golf course, Costco, pharmacies, grocery stores, a movie theatre, Galloping Goose trail and Goldstream Provincial Park. The suite offers over 500 square feet, recently built with the latest design in construction, a full bathroom, laundry and dryer.

Paradise near the city! Absolutely stunning, peaceful and centrally located modern lake front suite. Only steps to the lake where you can enjoy paddle boarding, swimming and incredible fishing. Located just minutes to all amenities, golf courses and 15 minutes to downtown Victoria. The suite has two bedrooms each with king size beds, one bathroom, media room/office space, full kitchen and full laundry. There is a large outdoor covered patio space with outdoor dining, lounging and BBQ.

Welcome to this quiet 1 bedroom suite in beautiful Westhills, Langford. This new ground level suite offers a comfy living space with a bright and open layout. The kitchen features modern appliances and is fully equipped. The bedroom provides a queen bed, large closet and plenty of storage. In suite laundry and a private entrance with keyless entry and private patio. TV & Wifi included. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to parks, trails, shopping and public transit. Private parking for 1 vehicle.

The Owls Perch Treehouse ~Luxury Treetop Retreat~

A truly unique treehouse perched 30 feet high among the trees. This amazing structure is attached to 3 large cedars and 1 giant maple using advanced tree tabs that allow the trees to sway gently, providing a natural and immersive experience. Our spacious and quiet 1 bedroom suite is perfect for 3 guests (1 queen and 1 twin bed). If 4-5 guests (excluding infants) are staying, a folding queen bed will be set for the additional guests in the living room area. Our house is located in Langford, just minutes from downtown Victoria. With a 2 minutes walk to Florence Lake, and a 4 minute drive to the shopping centre, you can easily reach everything you need and quickly access Highway 1 to explore the beauty of Vancouver Island.

Our cozy Bear Mountain garden suite is central to all things west coast. It is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, liquor stores, walking trails, lake trout fishing, children’s playgrounds, and more. A light, complimentary continental breakfast starts your day before adventuring out to enjoy west coast attractions that are just a short drive or bus ride away. Our quiet family neighbourhood is only 15.8 km (10 miles) or 25 minutes to the bustling downtown.

This is a 1969 school bus lovingly converted into a tiny guest house in a whimsical garden space. We are located in a rural residential area near Sooke BC, just off the Galloping Goose Trail. (Km37) Surrounded by stunning beaches, pristine forest and coastal hikes, refreshing lakes and rivers, wildlife and natural beauty galore. A 30 minute drive from Victoria, or approximately 3 hour bike ride if you’re feeling adventurous.
