It's situated in the beautiful countryside next to the River Holendrecht. Right in between the picturesque villages of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Abcoude. And less than 10km from Amsterdam. Appartment in a canalhouse in central Amsterdam!

In the bright basement (with windows) of our unique canal house with façade-garden, on the corner of a canal and a square with large oak-trees you find this b&b wih lots of privacy, nice rooms and close to everywhere you would like to go! You enter the spacious entrance hall with table and coffee / tea supplies; with a private bathroom, separate toilet and a cozy bedroom / living room. Renovated with natural stone and wood. This house and this area are very photogenic.

Akerdijk ligt in Badhoevedorp en biedt een tuin, steiger met roeiboot . De accommodatie ligt op18 km van Zandvoort aan Zee en biedt gratis WiFi en privéparkeergelegenheid. U heeft een eigen entree en beschikking over twee verdiepingen. Het appartement bestaat uit 3 aparte slaapkamers, een woonkamer, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en 1 badkamer. A tasteful private place in a residential canal house in a tranquil part of the heart of the center of Amsterdam. All sights and services are within walking distance. The house is located on one of Amsterdam's most wide and beautiful canals. Chinatown, Nieuwmarkt Square and The Red Light District are around the corner, yet the street is peaceful and quiet. Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).

Looking for peace, space and nature in a rural area and yet close to Amsterdam? Then visit our lovely cottage. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
