Conveniently located in the central and vibrant Indooroopilly area, only 20 minutes short train trip to Brisbane CBD and just a 10-minute walk to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, with train and bus stations right outside the door. The neighbourhood is very friendly and safe, with plenty restaurants and cafes. I am an artist and lover of art so the walls are covered in paintings.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
