Thank you for checking out our apartments. We are located in Linardici, on Krk island (between bigger centers Malinska and Krk). The apartments have two floors and a big terrace with a pool and a stunning sea view. The apartments are great for families with children, couples and a group of friends. Each apartment can host up to 5 persons. Your pets are welcome. The beaches are approx 2 km away. In the vicinity there are restaurants offering local specialties. The grocery shop is within 1 km.

Holiday House Ursa+heated pool, 700m to beach

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Villa Sara is a newly built house in the Krk Island region, located in village Linardići. Town of Krk or Malinska are 12 km from the property and Baška is 30 km from this holiday home. This 5-star holiday home features 3 bedrooms each with SAT TV and its own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and a toilet. Villa Sara is air-conditioned accommodation, features a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free Wi-Fi throughout the property and free private parking.

Villa is located on a private estate, in a private neighborhood surrounded by a green fence, in a quiet area near olive groves.

Iz vile se pruža pogled na Velebit, zelenilo šume, a iz dvije sobe vidi se i more. Prikladna je za boravak tijekom cijele godine s obzirom da ima unutarnji bazen, saunu i "whirlpool".

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

Ulika mobile homes consist of two mobile homes located in an olive grove near Krk town. The concept is made in the way that guests have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available in two mobile homes. The kitchen and the living/dinning area are situated in the center, between the two mobile homes with an exit to the partially covered terrace and grill area with a view over the swimming pool and the front part of the property. Pool terrace offers a nice sea view.

Heritage Stonehouse Jure is situated on the south-west coast of the island of Krk in the middle of the Sveti Juraj Bay.  The house is located 600 m above the bay and has spectecular view on the sea and neighbour islands. Large private property is sourrounded by olive groves and represents an ideal place for rest and peace with relaxing views on the sea from wherever you look!
