Three en suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The villa also has a basement arranged for entertainment for both children and adults.

It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Direkt neben an befindet schöne Terrasse mit Pavillon als Sonnenschutz und dem Ausblick auf Pool das zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehet.

The apartment is located in a charming village Salatić, distant just 3 kilometers from Krk city. From the balcony you have a view to the beautiful nature surrounding the house. In the common garden, the guests have a big barbecue available, with a table and benches where guests can spend their free time. Seawater swimming pool (not heated) is open from half of April to half October!
