Holiday villa " Summer escape" is the real escape from every day busy life. This beautiful holiday home with pool is located on island Rab, one of the most beautiful island on the Adriatic. This home is in the village Barbat , just 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches. The highlights of this great villa is a private garden with a pool, surrounded by greenery. Also, there is the sea view, which can be enjoyed from all bedrooms on the first floor. This home is ideal for two families.

The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace with a table and a view of the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an internet connection. Guests can use the garage, barbecue and shower cabin in the yard, as well as a large table in the yard. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

Our apartment is located in Barbat 230, on the island of Rab, close to the sea and the small beach. There is a beutiful promenade along the see, which is leading you to the restaurants, small beaches perfect for kids, or to the old town of Rab. Close to our apartment is a marina, and our dock for your boat. In 10 to 15 min driving you can reach all the beaches on the island, like Pudarica beach. It is ideal place for relaxing, but also for families with kids. Pets are also welcome...

Naša obiteljska kuća nalazi se na samoj pješčanoj plaži, pogled soba, apartmana i restorana je čaroban, predivan pogled na more, barke i uvale. Sobe nude privatan balkon, klimu, mini bar, tv, besplatni bežični internet. U našem obiteljskom restoranu nudimo domaća jela, svježe ulovljenu ribu koju lovimo svakoga dana obiteljskim ribarskim brodom. Apartman je s predivnim pogledom na more, privatnim balkonom. U našem obiteljskom domu osjećati ćete se toplo i ugodno!

Unser Appartement YELLOW befindet sich auf der 1. Etage und hat von den Schlafzimmern ausgehend einen großzügigen Balkon mit Meerblick. Wunderbar hell und sonnig bietet es ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Mit zwei Doppelbettzimmern, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche mit Balkon.
