Heritage Stone House • Central • Spacious

This historic stone villa is in the 2nd row from the waterfront. It is in the old town center close to everything, but in a quiet area. It was built in the 17th century. We carefully restored it in 2025 according to the requirements of the Ministry of Antiquity, and gave it a east-meet-west embience. It a charming house instead of a generic B&B, and a comfortable and spacious home for your relaxing holiday. Vis's beautiful harbour view is just a few steps from the villa.

Apt Karuza is one bedroom apt located in center of old town Vis, with in few min walk distance from ferry and everything else necessary for comfortable stay. It is on the ground floor of a family house, and has separate/private entrance. Hosts do not live on island, but co hosts are always available and on guests disposal. Inside the apt there is a separate bedroom, pull out sofa in living room, fully equipped kitchen.. It is suitable for 3 guests max.

Prije rezervacije molimo provjerite odgovara li mjesto vašim očekivanjima.

The studio is the ground floor of the 250 year old stone house. As I am an artist, I have decorated and arranged this studio apartment and entire house in Dalmatian style, with natural materials, wood and stone, and lots of beautiful colours... It has everything that is necessary for today living, including a perfect outdoor area for early morning and late evening hang out with your soulmate.

The kitchen has a kettle, two cooking plates, a refrigerator with a freezer, all glassware, plates, we are always trying to leave our guests tea, coffee, sugar, salt end other basic thing for the kitchen. The bathroom has towels, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. You have a large terrace with table, chairs and swing where you can enjoy all day especially in the evening.
