The top-floor living room is the highlight, with panoramic windows framing sweeping ocean views and the nearby sea caves. From this elevated space, guests can relax and watch the ever-changing tides. A comfortable space to day-trip from or to stay and appreciate time in nature at one of the most popular destinations to kayak in New Brunswick! Kayaks/Canoes/Paddleboards are on site for our guests to enjoy! 10 minutes from shops and restaurants in local Hampton or Quispamsis, 20 minutes to Saint John. And 40 minutes from coastal St.Martin’s and the scenic Fundy Trail.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.
