This beautifully renovated 4-bdrm, 2-bath farmhouse sits on 10 acres—perfect for relaxing getaways, family gatherings, or visiting loved ones at Indiana Wesleyan University or Taylor University, both just a short drive away. Sip coffee on the front porch, watch the deer wander through the fields, or cozy up around the fire pit for an evening under the stars. Enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants and shops while coming home to peace and privacy.

Branson House Inn-Hettie Suite/Queen Bed

The Branson House was built between 1885-1890 by Irvin Love for his new bride Hettie Pearman and her two children. The house and Carriage House have been completely renovated. The carriage house was in extreme disrepair and the majority of the exterior brickwork was able to be preserved. The interior has been converted into 3 guest rooms with private attached bathrooms for each guest room. The foyer has a shared space with a small kitchenette and complimentary coffee bar.

Visit the James Dean Gallery, Quilter’s Hall of Fame, or the Historic Hostess House.
