This first floor suite comprises of a cosy large lounge with dining area in the bay window, 3 seater settee, and a 50 inch tv. food prep area with microwave, kettle, toaster. Even an AIR FRYER. It’s perfect. the En-suite bedroom includes a 4’6x6’6 double bed, wall mounted television, wardrobe and chest of drawers Jack n Jill ( his and hers sinks), even your own auto lite vanity mirror, a nice large shower and a special sink we call the potwash. the whole suite has central heating also.

It is on the first floor of a traditional property which houses 3 other flats. There is off road parking for one car and free wifi. This spacious first floor apartment is ideal for couples and has a large lounge/diner, full size separate kitchen, and bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The apartment is one of five flats in our family home, we occupy two and the remaining two are long term lets with a single tenant in each, and we are in general a quiet household.
