Upon entry, you'll first notice our spacious screened-in porch, equipped with remote control string lights that set the perfect stage for a relaxing evening with family and friends. Inside, the house features two separate living areas, one lounge friendly TV/game room and another sitting area off the dining room with a queen sofa sleeper. No matter what size group you're traveling with, everyone will have a comfortable space to gather and unwind. The kitchen has been newly renovated and features all brand new, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is a full-functioning space and includes any cooking tools you may need, as well as a large set of dinnerware (and kids' dinnerware too!). Enjoy your morning coffee at our breakfast nook or spread out for a meal at our large dining room table. Bedroom 1 has a lovely view of the backyard and screened-in porch and has a comfortable queen size bed. Bedroom 2 is light and bright and also has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 is very cozy and has two twin beds and a desk space, perfect for getting ready or getting some work done. Should you need them, bedrooms 1 and 2 have extra comforters in the closets. As previously mentioned, the front living room has a brand new, queen size sofa sleeper with sheets, blankets and pillows in the wicker trunk. We also have a pack-n-play for the kids! Our home has a large backyard, with idyllic views and plenty of space for kids to run around and play. You'll enjoy a retreat-like setting while being only minutes from Nashville's best restaurants, shops and sights! The entire home is yours and there is ample parking in the driveway. We live only a few minutes away, so we're never far if you need anything at all. Just send us a message and we'll be happy to help! The house is in the Green Hills neighborhood, on a quiet non-through street. It's minutes from Vanderbilt University, 12 South, and Lipscomb University, and it's only 5 miles from downtown. The area is perfect for walks any time of day. The best way to get around Nashville is by driving. Our recommendation, if you don't have a car, is using ride-share services like Lyft or Uber. All you have to do is download the app, and within minutes you'll have fast and reliable transportation all around the city! For your safety, one outdoor surveillance camera is installed to monitor the driveway/back door.

Downtown and Broadway venues are an easy 4-mile drive. Space to park in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are great options getting around Nashville, if you don't have a car. You will enjoy taking a jog, run or walk on nearby Belmont Blvd. The apartment has a totally separate entrance.
