Welcome to our loft! The home is split into two levels, and this is your private space with your own entrance! It is perfect for smaller groups of travelers. We are close to downtown Seattle and have plenty of free street parking in our quaint neighborhood. You will love the easy access to I5 and short drive to downtown Seattle! You will like the location of our clean modern one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of our home. A comfortable place for visitors in a walk-able neighborhood full of restaurants and parks. This space is great for Couples, families, and business travelers alike. The apartment has its own heating/cooling system separate from the house. We have created a special cleaning checklist based on recommendations from the CDC.

A wall of windows lets the sun shine in on your cozy private room. Private bathroom complete with heated floors and tub (+shower). Kitchen equipped with coffee/tea, plates, silverware, cups, sink, microwave and mini-fridge. There is a table and chairs to work/eat. We follow all the updated cleaning protocols. We are both fully vaccinated and require all guests to be, too.

Welcome to our newly renovated place located in the University District. Short walk to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Easy access to downtown.  It is on the lower floor of our house with a separate entrance in the back.  Nice and quiet neighborhood.  Since we live upstairs with our toddler, there can be some noise from upstairs.
