This is a completely renovated studio apartment in the heart of Greene, NY. This apartment is approximately 450 sq ft. Modern/farmhouse style. Everything is brand new. This apartment will comfortably fit 2 people. It will accommodate a third guest with the pull out single sleeper. Enjoy, shops, food, and park with river access . All within walking distance. This is an Upstairs apartment. There is small kitchen but NO STOVE. There is a microwave and full fridge!

There is lots of state land around; great for hunters or hikers. Very convenient in the winter time for snowmobilers. Snowmobile trails are just down the road. Hosts are just up the road if you need assistance.
