This lovely apartment is on the second floor of an 1873 Victorian mansion on the North side of town. Very conveniently located about halfway between downtown and Skidmore College. This clean, quiet, owner-occupied house has 2 other apartments. The classic Saratoga front porch, sunny patio in back, and small yard are shared with the host. Kitchen has a small cafe table, dishes/utensils, dishwasher. Bathroom has a deep tub/shower, you’ll have to lift your knee to step in. Memory Foam mattress.

We are a newly renovated 380 sq foot tiny home located near all the Adirondack’s has to offer. 🦉 Enjoy all modern amenities while embracing days full of nearby nature and exploring. Plenty of hiking, activities, and restaurants within a 10-30 minute drive. Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. You’ll love our place because of the light, the coziness, the fully equipped kitchen, and the high ceilings. PBM is great for couples & families. Living space is on second floor and accessed by one flight of stairs.

Cozy Retreat in the Trees

Time travel to 1958 in this architectural gem! This mid-century modern glass and wood cabin is 300 yards away from a charming small lake. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.
