Spend a lazy day on the hammock or take a day trip to explore regional attractions in beautiful ME and NH. For your safety, the area is under video surveillance.

One of a kind Lakefront home near Sunday river

Amazing large lakefront home right on the water near Sunday river ski resort. Sleeps upwards of 25 people. There is a small surcharge per person for groups larger than 20. At certain times of year we rent to smaller than average groups at an other than listed price. Great for family reunions, weddings etc. Largest yard on the lake! And our hot tub is very invigorating after a day of skiing or hiking! Hot tub is charged separately. NOTE: From late June to late August we only rent by the week.

Direct connection to miles of hiking, biking & ski trails on Shepherd's Farm Preserve. Fish from our dock, use our canoes and kayaks, rent boats from the local marina or watch abundant wildlife from the deck - unlimited outdoor activities!

Your Maine Base Camp

You have full access to this spacious house. Enjoy the large kitchen with a food prep island, ample counter space, basic cookware utensils and ingredients for cooking and baking. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a TV monitor for streaming your preferred services, comfy furniture, and a pellet stove. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.

There are plenty of trails nearby to explore, canoe rentals, skiing and so much more.

Jewett Pond Retreat

Relax in the Western Maine Foothills at our cabin on Jewett Pond. The main cabin has 672 sq ft of finished living space with bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, basic kitchen, great room (queen sleeper sofa), and screened porch. There is an additional rustic bunkhouse with two twin beds. This space is ideal for a couple or adventurous family who enjoys swimming, canoeing, hiking, fishing, or sitting on the screened porch with a good book and pine forest backdrop. Canoe included with booking.

The Modern Lakehouse

This modern lakehouse is situated on Hogan Pond in Oxford Maine. Here you can stay with all the comforts of a beautiful lakehouse built in 2020 while being feet from the water. This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.

A quick 2 min. drive to the awesome village of Bethel, recently voted best ski town in North America. The house is only 12 minutes to Sunday River. You and your family will feel right at home in this cozy, private cottage with it's own pond. Also, a short drive to Woodstock, Mt. Abram, and more Western Maine adventures! A sweet space on a pond, this cottage is perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway. We offer swimming, kayaks and a canoe, life jackets along with a raft to float on. Endless fun in the water, with no motors to be heard. This is a quiet spot and we would hate to be responsible for ruining that. We are family friendly and kids are welcome, but please leave the party at the casino (5 minutes away)! The waterfront is sandy and shallow, perfect for young ones to splash around in.
