Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, single e famiglie con un bambino piccolo. La casa è in un contesto geografico ideale perché vicino al centro città e contemporaneamente in un luogo molto tranquillo e immerso nel verde della prima collina di Aosta. L’appartamento si trova in pieno centro storico ad Aosta, di fronte alle Porte Pretoriane a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Aosta. L’alloggio è disposto su due piani: al piano inferiore c’e il soggiorno con angolo cottura accessoriato con tutto l’occorrente e un divano letto a 2 posti e al piano superiore ci sono la camera da letto con letto matrimoniale o 2 letti singoli e il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. TV lcd, forno, rilevatore gas. Wi-Fi in tutto l’appartamento.

Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet, äußerst schön gestaltet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar: Ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral gelegen. Bergbahnen und das Dorfzentrum mit seinen vielfältigen Shoppingmöglichkeiten und erstklassigen Restaurants ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ce logement confortable se trouve au 2ème étage d’un immeuble très calme, dans le quartier de Wiesti. Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

Welcome to our attic! It is large and very, very comfortable, suitable for six people in addition to babies in a cot. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms as well as a beautiful open space. A large walk-in closet is also available to guests. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. In the bathrooms there are detergents (liquid soap, intimate detergent and shower shampoo) while soft towels are provided to each guest. Self check in is possible. Free parking.

L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano di una tranquilla palazzina ed è dotato di posto auto esterno privato. E' composto da un ingresso, zona giorno con angolo cucina, una camera da letto e bagno (per un totale di circa 50mq). Si trova a 5 minuti dalla cabinovia per la località sciistica di Pila e a 10 minuti dal centro storico di Aosta. Adatto a singoli, coppie e famiglie (max 3 persone con divano letto), sono benvenuti gli animali d'affezione.

Welcome to our apartment! The apartment consists of two bedrooms (each with a double bed), fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and sunny balcony with stunning views of the mountains and valley. Perched on the mountainside, away from the noise of the town, you're only a 12 minute walk to the center and a further 8 min to the station. We warmly welcome visitors from all backgrounds and continents!

Casa d'epoca nel centro di Aosta (CIR 0369)

Bellissima e grande casa su due piani, nel centro storico, appoggiata sulle mura romane. Al piano terra, su un cortile, si trova la zona notte con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, al primo piano una sala con camino, una sala da pranzo, la cucina, un bagno/lavanderia. Un grande terrazzo con pergolato affaccia sulle montagne e i campanili. Silenziosissima, grande charme.
