This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien und Ihr habt es ganz für Euch allein. Es liegt direkt an einem Kanal, der zwei Seen verbindet und verfügt über zwei Terrassen, eine davon direkt am Wasser. Faßsauna und Whirlpool sind zur Alleinnutzung im Garten vorhanden. Wir nutzen das Haus selbst noch häufig, weshalb es über eine voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt. Freut Euch auf zwei Bäder, zwei Elternschlafzimmer, zwei Jugendschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Lounge für Kinoabende.

Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Wer es ruhig und naturnah mag und doch die Städte Berlin & Potsdam um die Ecke haben möchte ist genau richtig. Es gibt ein eigenen Eingang, Terrasse und Garten. Wohnzimmer mit Küche und ein Doppelbett. Oben das Schlafzimmer mit ein Einzelbett sowie ein Kingsize Bett. Wir wohnen nebenan, kein Schlüsselproblem, Auch der Ankunftszeit ist egal. Wir sind nah am Bhf. Griebnitzsee und Wannsee. Parken frei, auch Lkw. Haustiere willkommen.

Die 100-jährige Villa hat viele Geschichten zu erzählen und wurde zwischenzeitlich saniert und modern ausgestattet. Euch erwartet eine gemütliche ruhige Wohnung mit privatem Zugang. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekte Aufenthalt braucht. Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück reserviert.
