Comfy home is less than 10 minute walk to beach and two blocks to the Pismo State Beach Monarch Butterfly Grove, both of which are across train tracks and two lane Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) with s peed limit of 35mph. We make this walk everyday. From the front deck you have a modest view of the ocean and often hear the waves crashing on the beach...so soothing.
