Hubane ja privaatne metsaäärne majakene, vaid 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Haapsalust, Matsalu rahvuspargi lähedal. Sobib hästi paaridele ja soolo puhkajatele. Ülemise korruse magamislavatsil on voodi kahele, alumisel korrusel aga diivanvoodi (150x180cm madrats), mis mahutab veel ühe inimese, malmkamin ja köögike ning wc dušinurgaga. Väljas privaatne muruplats, lõkkekoht, grill ja terrass koos istumisega. Meri, väike rand ja sadam ca 3,5 km kaugusel. Võõrustaja pole kaugel ja on vajadusel abiks.

Welcome to our freshly renovated (July 2025) studio — a thoughtfully designed space with a unique color palette and multi-level layout that naturally divides the open plan. We’ve put a lot of heart into this space and hope you’ll feel right at home. Just a 5-minute walk to the city center & shopping mall. From there, a 10-minute stroll down Haapsalu’s beautifully renovated main street leads to the Old Town. Across the street is a sports complex with courts, gyms, water park and skatepark.

Private house with a small yard is located in the middle of the beautiful Haapsalu in Kalevi area. The building is new and offers all the modern comforts. The house suits very well for a family of up to five people or a small group. There is ample terrace space for outdoor dining and relaxing. One car can be parked on the premises. The fence has a remote controlled gate. The house has air conditioning on the second floor where the bedrooms are and on the first floor there is also a sauna.

A house built before 1909 and recently renovated to former glory. The apartment has been renovated mostly by myself with traditional methods, as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. The apartment is quiet and full of sunlight at most hours. Joy for people who love colors. Comfortable for families/small groups. Free parking for one car in the yard. Four-legged friends are welcome.

Korterid on sisustatud kahele täiskasvanule, võimalik panna lisavoodeid lastele. Samal kinnistul on saun.
