Le pavillon de pêche est implanté dans un site exceptionnel. Orienté vers l’étang, il est prolongé par de grandes terrasses ensoleillées qui descendent en cascade jusqu’au ponton de pêche. La propriété est située à l’écart du village de Seloignes, près de Chimay, implantée le long d’un ruisseau et en bordure de forêt. Un fois le portail refermé, vous vous retrouvez dans un autre monde.
