While the cabin feels private, we are just minutes from Highway 102!

Birch Burn Retreat

Birch Burn Retreat, a former 19th-century church, offers a tranquil escape with forest walks, hammock relaxation and firepit nights. It has electricity, heat pump, wifi, and a simple kitchen with a mini fridge. Accommodations include double/queen beds for four adults or a larger family with camp cots. Essential facilities include portapotty, wash station, and fresh water. Dogs are welcome. Enjoy the secluded beauty of Birch Burn Retreat. Due to provincial ban, fires not allowed until ban lifted

Cottage for the whole family or a romantic weekend overlooking the ocean from deck. Second deck off the living room also with a view of the ocean. 2 bedrooms ( one with queen bed and second with a double pull out trundle as well as pull out couch. 5 minute walk to the popular Fox Point Beach. 10 minute drive to central area of the Hubbubs. Quiet area and pet friendly. Whether you are looking for a family getaway or romantic weekend, Oceans Edge will satisfy all of your relaxation needs.

Middle Lake Retreat *with hot tub*

My cottage is very modern and unique; it sits on a private 5 acre lot surrounded by woods overlooking Middle lake with stunning sunrises. Enjoy being engulfed by nature with the comfort of everyday amenities including a hot tub and even an arcade with over 800 retro games! The dock and canoe at the lake are available for use during the summer months but will be removed in October until spring. Ski Martock/Ontree, Bent Ridge Winery are within a 10min drive from Chalet Hamlet.

Private lakefront cottage tucked in the forest on a quiet, hidden lake. Swim, kayak & paddleboard from your own dock (no neighbors in sight). Just 10 minutes from downtown Halifax, we are located on the edge of a forest and surrounded by terraced gardens, you will feel immersed in nature. Wilson's Coastal Club - C9

Tucked into our coastal property, this smaller cottage offers a simple, cozy stay near the ocean. The self-contained space includes a queen bed, compact dining area, kitchenette (fridge, sink, and two-burner cooktop), and private bathroom with shower. Guests enjoy access to the property and private beach, just outside Halifax near Peggy’s Cove, Mahone Bay, and Lunenburg. Please note: This cottage is close to the road and parking area, so some noise may be heard.
