Nicely tucked away from the city but still only 10 mins from all the amenities you need. 20 mins to Lawrencetown Beach and 30 mins to Downtown Dartmouth. Surf at the beach, swim in the lake, and head downtown for dinner all in the same day. Only minutes from some of the best hiking and ATV trails in the province. Peaceful and relaxing, the Salt Marsh Cabin is a 2 minute walk to a gorgeous local beach where you can try your hand at clamming, fishing and is great for swimming. A five minute drive to Lawrencetown beach perfect for surfing. Walking distance of Rose and Rooster cafe, great for coffee and breakfast! A great spot for bird and wildlife enthusiasts, you’ll see herons fishing and deer and foxes outside. 10 minutes from Porters Lake for all the amenities you need, 20 minutes to Cole Harbour.

A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.
