PLEASE NOTE our animals have moved back to our new Airbnb farm stay in Bedford. Guests staying with us in Lynchburg can visit our baby goats and petting zoo free of charge at our Peaks of Otter Farm stay. 25 baby goats as of 3-31-25! ROMANTIC, BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE and COZY is how our guests describe our barn studios. The studio apartments offer private baths, private entrances, kitchenettes with fridge and microwave. We are 3 miles to LU in a great part of town and close to food and shopping.

Pine Bluff Trails Guest House

This guest house is set on 20 acres of land that is bordered by Hyco Creek on the east and Caswell game land on the south. Great place for privacy and is a close get away for nature lovers, fishermen, hunters, or just a quiet place to escape the city! Direct access to Hyco Creek and the game land is available through the property - you could even kayak into Hyco lake if you wanted! Property has a secured gate for entrance and exit and property is located about 1/4 mile down an access road.

The sunlit cottage is perfect place to enjoy the largest lake in Virginia, exploring nearby state parks, the quaint town of Clarksville, or nearby breweries/wineries. The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. A great retreat for a small family of 4 or 2 couples. Please indicate the number of guests; parties over 4 must be pre-approved. Reservation must be by an adult (age 21+).

One bedroom, basement apartment in well kept house. The apartment is furnished with antiques and set on the corner of a farm with good views. The apartment has a private entrance and parking just outside the door. We are a retired but active couple who live upstairs. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and is stocked with coffee, tea, coffee fixings, snacks, and light breakfast items. We are 25 minutes to downtown Lynchburg and 20 minutes to Appomattox.
