NO PET FEES! 😁 This modern, comfortable, pet-friendly suite is centrally located in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood near parks and trails. We are not within walking distance of downtown, but we very close to bus routes and the Galloping Goose Trail. This is a SMALL space, only 230 sq. ft. ...think tiny home. Our goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, clean environment for one or two folks and their furry travel companions. We have been licensed by regional and provincial authorities.

Waterfalls Hotel Downtown Suite

Great views of the Empress, the city and ocean from this upscale downtown oasis. This two bedroom (queen beds), two bathroom plus den 11th floor corner unit is located on the quiet side of the building. The open concept great room is bathed in natural light from the floor to ceiling south facing windows. The fireplace creates a lovely ambiance. Granite counters, gas cooktop and a large island make a kitchen a chefs delight. The spacious primary bedroom features a spa-like ensuite.

It's just 3km to downtown and a short 10 to 15-minute walk to either Tillicum mall, Uptown mall or the Switch Bridge where the Galloping Goose meets Lochside trail. There are many amazing restaurants, shops, parks, sports centers, trails in this neighborhood to keep you occupied. If you're traveling up island or to the ferry/airport, the location is ideal and bypasses a lot of city traffic!

Modern fully furnished guest suite in our heritage home in Saxe Point, Victoria, BC. Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace & heated tiled floors in the bathroom :-) Just outside your private entrance of your garden suite is a sitting area with an outdoor propane fire where you can sit back and relax while sharing stories about your incredible day exploring Victoria! Please note that we do have two small kiddos so you may hear footsteps above at times ;)
