This apartment has one queen bed, two twin beds & a futon in the sun-room if needed for extra guests. This is a private apartment with kitchen, laundry and bathroom all to yourself!

Because there are dormers (peaked areas in the ceiling), especially tall people might feel a little cramped in this space. Outdoor seating on the front porch is for your use only.

There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. The living room has a TV, fireplace, and Netflix. There is also a fenced in back yard with a patio and outdoor dining area as well as a firepit. The house is also pet-friendly.

The furnishings are clean and comfortable and go with the farmhouse feel. Please note that the private staircase used to access the apartment is original to the house. It is steep by contemporary standards and the tread depths are all a little wonky.
