Plenty of driveway space to bring your watercraft of choice with a short drive to a public lake put in. The entire tiny house is yours to enjoy located in the backyard of the main home. The bedroom is on the second floor only accessible via ladder pictured. EV Tesla level 2 charger on the property available upon request.

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, huge deck, and pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top of the line kitchen, cozy living room, and extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.
