There are 3 beautiful terraces, one on each floor, including a large sunny terrace with views. Atmospheric artwork throughout & for relaxation a gong and vinyl player. There is a private office. Internet is 100mb+ fast fibre. A home away from home.

Battersea Park Comfortable room

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home. The room is on the first floor ( single guest with standard double 4ft6” x 6ft 3” bed) , shared bathroom. Light use of the kitchen. The washing machine used with permission. No breakfast provided. The room is at the rear and can be noisy with the station and trains from 5.30am till 12pm. The house is situated near a tube, 2 train stations and numerous buses. Please note I have a “Firm” cancellation policy and no room keys.

The house is in a charming, quiet, cobbled mews behind Buckingham Palace in exclusive Belgravia with its grand squares, Royal parks, fine hotels, embassies, elegant fashion and decoration shops, cosy cafes, local pubs and 5 star restaurants and Harrods. A few steps away within the mews is Tom Aikins acclaimed Michelin restaurant Muse and our friendly and much loved local pub The Horse and Groom. Enjoy bed & breakfast in a friendly household, happy to advise on the best way to get around town and recommend local pubs, restaurants and places to visit. We're in Zone 2. The room is ideal for one. (We also offer a single/double with a private bath). We're in quiet street, close to excellent transport options, with no pets. Our neighbourhood is 'vibrantly diverse', safe, with fast connections to sights & shops in the centre. You can walk to the Thames & huge Westfield shopping mall.

My pretty bedroom with adjacent private bathroom in a Victorian house is the perfect way to experience first hand the history of London. Situated on a quiet residential road and built c1885, the house contains many period features. You will feel calm in this lovely, period house. Guests love the peace and quiet and away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The bedroom is south facing, making it bright and sunny. A continental style breakfast is available (not on Sundays).

Our attic spare single room is in our family Victorian cottage in the Tonsley's neighbourhood of Wandsworth. You will have the top floor to yourself with skyline views and flooded by the rising sun and sunset. We have equipped this space with quality products and an array of items. This neighbourhood has a village feel with entertainment, shops, restaurants, Pubs, coffee shops and transport within walking distance. The close-by Thames Riverfront is a great place to walk or jog.

This is the ideal place if you want to experience a real London living experience. Enjoy a cosy double bedroom in trendy Hackney (zone 2). Less than 5 min walk to Clapton train station and bus links into the city. Great pubs and restaurants in walking distance. There is paid street parking but if you let me know in advance I can get visitors vouchers for you at a better rate.
