Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The triple glazed cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or by train straight into Teynham station from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m). We are 10 mins walk from Teynham railway station. Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We have released all availabilty through to end of December 2026

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in the secluded hamlet of Harty. Our 2 bedroom self contained lodge is situated in our private grounds next to our main residence. Harty Ferry is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is popular with bird watching, cycling, walking or enjoying the beaches. Hartys Capel Fleet Raptour viewing point is only a 10 minute walk away, the award winning pub The Ferry House Inn is within a 5 minute drive away or a nice walk through the country

The apartment is located in the grounds of the main house, in the sleepy village of Oare, a hamlet of the market town Faversham, which has good road and railway links to the cost, Whitstable 20 mins away, Margate and Dover 30 mins. The village location is close to 3 gastro pubs & some of the best bird watching in the country just a 10min walk from the wetlands of Oare marshes, and the Swale estuary with Harty ferry costal paths.

Twitchers Cottage at Broomfield Barn is a beautifully presented converted in 2020, one bedroom cottage. Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. This area is popular with bird watches, walkers, wildlife photographers and cyclists or anyone who wants a relaxing break away surrounded by open countryside. There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

The Times featured us! Sappington Granary is a secluded, romantic hideaway in pretty Kent countryside. This 200yr-old wooden farm building has been updated, but retains its unusual charm. Delightfully & individually decorated, it is one of a kind. Inside it is snug & romantic. Perfect for little breaks, peacefully isolated but still close to Canterbury and beaches. Walk in nearby woods, the local valleys or even (if very energetic) to the pub, it is the perfect couples' break.

Cosy Countryside Annex

Cosy countryside annex in rural Kent, perfect for a peaceful getaway or a convenient stopover. Located on the driveway opposite our home, The Little House offers its own living space in a peaceful countryside setting. Base price is for one guest; additional guests are welcome for a small nightly supplement NOTICE: A neighbouring farm is currently carrying out building works. There may be some noise during normal working hours (Mon–Fri, but evenings and weekends are generally quiet.

Feel energised when you stay in this rustic gem, with a shop, cafe, summer bar and weekly events on site you won’t be short of things to do. And don’t forget the peacocks that’ll be roaming around… don’t worry they’re not scary! With the 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, two of which have French doors out to a patio, and the open plan entertaining space upstairs you’ll have plenty of bright light flooding in and access to the large deck with stunning sea views. Great for groups!
