Located in central Manningtree, this flat is within walking distance of the beach (3 minutes), the local pub and wine bar (2 minutes), the train station (10 mins) and several brilliant restaurants (5 minutes). Self-contained, the flat has a small patio garden at the front where you can sit and watch the world go by. Accommodation is one double bedroom and one small double sofa-bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen. This is a little gem at the heart of our beautiful town.

The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. Please enjoy our spacious green garden where our chickens roam free. There's lots of walk’s nearby, including beaches just 15-20 mins drive. There is 1 large bedroom with double bed, with 3 small folding beds available on request.

The Hideaway is set across a private road from the main house and is 150m from the River Orwell. Walks in the AONB and National Trust-owned woods and heathland are on your doorstep. The Butt & Oyster pub is a few minutes walk away.
