Our regular room rate is $100 for solo occupancy and $165 for double occupancy. When booking through the Airbnb platform, these rates have been adjusted to incorporate Airbnb’s new single 15.5% service fee, so the platform-related cost is included in the displayed room rate upfront, before taxes. 30 years doing Cindy's Bed and Breakfast.
