8 + acres w/ Fully Private separate entry facing pond & lake ,one bedroom with queen bed, living room with queen pull out couch , TV etc, dining room, full kitchen, and bathroom is wheelchair accessible, host main house above, Summer: kayaks and canoes , fishing, ducks & pond , full gardens. Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

This secluded cabin in the woods is near Peterborough Ontario, about two hours from Toronto. Getaways offer a peaceful escape into nature. One queen and one twin bed up in the loft. The kitchen has a 2 burner counter top stove, fridge, toaster oven and kettle. Air Conditioning . Charcoal BBQ. No running water. .water jugs and bottled water are provided. .clean outhouse plus port-a-potty in loft Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels No pets please.

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite New rates Nov/ Dec

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.
